Though
starting as a general practice accounting firm, through the years The Dyer
Partnership has found its niche as a business advisor to companies entering the
global arena.
Founded
in 1980 by Mark’s father, Bill Dyer, The Dyer Partnership was a
full-service firm of Chartered Accountants, serving owner-managed businesses in
Southeast England. When Mark and Sue Dyer
joined the firm in 1989, they brought with them experience dealing with larger
companies and a keen interest in technology. Over the next five years, The Dyer
Partnership began to specialize in technology-oriented corporations, mostly in
their local region.
In
1995, The Dyer Partnership became the first British accounting firm to launch
an interactive website. Through the power of the web, they began to reach
beyond Southeast England, going global to companies as far afield as Ukraine.
In
2000 the firm saw an opportunity to provide outsourced accounting, financial
management and general business advice to overseas companies wishing to
establish an office in the United
Kingdom. This unique specialty quickly grew
to service many US
technology companies, particularly in the Denver
and Austin
metropolitan areas.
By
2004 The Dyer Partnership became focused solely on USA to EU business consultation,
working exclusively with overseas companies, and referring traditional
accounting work for local businesses to others.
Their favored technique of meeting clients face-to-face on a frequent basis, allows
The Dyer Partnership to deliver the highest standards of service and client
satisfaction.
