Mark Dyer
Mark Dyer specializes in tax, employment law and business advice to clients establishing operations in the European Union. His experience ranges from international accounting, through venture-backed startups, and on to investment banking.
Mark regularly consults with our clients on:

• Taxation issues
• International employment law
• Best practices within a particular foreign business culture
He is the primary liaison with professional groups and consultants on both sides of the Atlantic to provide our clients with access to a range services in a variety of countries.
Mark started his career as a Chartered Accountant (the UK equivalent of a Certified Public Accountant) at the London office of one of the world’s largest international accounting firms. He later became Chief Financial Officer for a venture capital-backed start up in the software publishing industry where he established the finance department and helped manage considerable growth over a two-year period. Mark later joined County Natwest, the investment-banking arm of Natwest Bank (now Royal Bank of Scotland). As controller of the funds management division he established an international reporting system to handle the complexities caused by the UK stock market deregulation.
Mark is an avid digital photographer and supporter of the Harlequins, his local rugby team.
